• It is important that you first contact our team before attending to return your product. If it is a minor technical issue or misinterpretation of the product user manual, our technical team would be able to assist you.​

• The product must be purchased directly from www.bitzong.com.au. Bitzong cannot accept returns of Bitzong branded products from other retailers or resellers.

• If the product is returnable and you send it back to us packed in the original, unmarked package with all the accessories, manuals, and documents intact, Bitzong will be able to offer you with a full refund via the original payment method.

• Upon receiving the returned product, if a fault is detected without any signs of misuse, we will provide a replacement unit at Bitzong expensive.
